Refund policy

You have 14 days to exchange your order. The order must be returned to us in its initial condition, unused and packaged as received. 

To exchange an item customers are given two options: 1. You could provide us with an address and we send courier service for the exchange. A delivery charge is to be paid. 

2. You could visit our Main Showroom to return or exchange your order without any additional charge. Location: 54 Abdel Khalek Tharwat street, downtown, Cairo
