What materials are your pieces made from?
All of our pieces are made from pure 925 sterling silver, and our rose gold and gold designs are plated with luxurious 18k gold.
Where are the store location?
How long will it take to receive my order?
All local orders take from 2-4 days. If your order is expected to take longer than that due to any technical reason, you are contacted and informed immediately after your order has been placed.
Can I exchange or return my order?
You have 14 days to exchange your order. The order must be returned to us in its initial condition, unused and packaged as received.
Where or how can the exchange be made?
To exchange an item customers are given two options: 1. You could provide us with an address and we send courier service for the exchange via email. A delivery charge is to be paid.
2. You could visit our Main Showroom to exchange your order without any additional charge. Location: 54 Abdel Khalek Tharwat street, downtown, Cairo
Can I get an item personalized/Customized?
We can personalize your item, by engraving on it.
